"The System is real" - Eddie Edwards explains how major TNA Wrestling faction came together (Exclusive)

The System has been together for almost all of 2024 and looks to be unstoppable coming out of TNA Wrestling's Against All Odds pay-per-view. All the champions in the faction successfully retained their respective titles on the show.

The faction beat massive names like 'Broken' Matt Hardy, Ryan and Nic Nemeth at Against All Odds. Their dominance sees every member except Dirty Dango hold a piece of championship gold.

Speaking exclusively to Kevin Kellam of Sportskeeda, TNA Wrestling veteran Eddie Edwards explained how The System portrayed such a significant presence every time they were on screen together:

"The System, we go deeper. You can't choose your family, but you can choose the system you're part of. There's a reason why we are together as a group. [If we are not] on TV together, we'd be traveling together. We'd be hanging out together. So this is just what we do in real life, just put on TV screens. The System is real." (1:42 onwards)

Eddie Edwards opens up on "special" TNA Wrestling unveiling

At the end of Bound for Glory last year, a special vignette played that shattered the foundation of the pro wrestling business as we knew it. Once it played through, Scott D'Amore took to the mic and made a blockbuster announcement: "TNA Wrestling is back!"

Having been part of the monumental occasion, Eddie Edwards had a few choice words about the emotional moment:

"That was something special. We knew what was happening before a lot of other people. Not even everybody in the locker room were [sic] aware at the time. To be a part of such a big moment, you could feel like this was a movement. When the fans first saw TNA's logo appear, you could feel the buzz. It was an honor to be a part of that." (3:29 onwards)

Having picked up three incredible victories at the recently concluded Against All Odds pay-per-view, The System seems to have a strong foothold over TNA Wrestling that may not be usurped any time soon.
