BLR vs GUJ Dream11 prediction: 3 players you can pick as captain or vice-captain for today’s Pro Kabaddi League match – December 3, 2024

The Pune leg of Pro Kabaddi League 2024 will begin tonight (Tuesday, December 3) with a clash between Bengaluru Bulls and Gujarat Giants. Both teams are in the bottom half of the standings right now, and a defeat in tonight's match will virtually end their campaigns.

The Bulls are closer to the elimination door. They have won only two of their 15 matches. Even if the Bengaluru-based franchise win their remaining seven games in the league round, they might not qualify for the Pro Kabaddi League 2024 playoffs.

On the other side, the Gujarat Giants also have a negligible chance of making it to the next round. The Giants have recorded four victories in 14 matches, and they need to win their remaining eight fixtures to keep their slim hopes alive of a place in the Top 6.

Before the Bengaluru Bulls vs Gujarat Giants match begins, here's a quick look at the three players who Dream11 users can pick as a vice-captain or captain of their respective Pro Kabaddi fantasy teams.

BLR vs GUJ Dream11 prediction: 3 players you can pick as captain or vice-captain for today’s Pro Kabaddi League match

#1 Nitin Rawal, Bengaluru Bulls

Although the Bengaluru Bulls hold the last position in the Pro Kabaddi League 2024 standings, the team's all-rounder Nitin Rawal owns the first spot on the defenders' leaderboard. Nitin has scored 52 tackle points so far, averaging almost four tackle points per match.

In every game, Nitin has proven that he is one of the best defenders in the business. Considering that the Gujarat Giants raiders have been inconsistent in PKL 11, Nitin will be the best option for captaincy or vice-captaincy in fantasy contests among all players participating in this match.

#2 Jai Bhagwan, Bengaluru Bulls

In their last match against the Patna Pirates, Bengaluru Bulls suffered a massive 29-54 defeat. The only positive for the Bulls from that game was the performance of Jai Bhagwan, who emerged as the top scorer for the Bengaluru-based franchise.

Playing as the secondary raider, Bhagwan outshone his skipper Pardeep Narwal and ended up scoring nine points against the Patna Pirates. Eight out of Bhagwan's nine points were raid points, while he also chipped in with a point in the defense. He will be a decent choice for captaincy or vice-captaincy against the Gujarat Giants in Pro Kabaddi fantasy contests.

#3 Guman Singh, Gujarat Giants

The top two captaincy candidates for this match from Gujarat Giants' squad are Guman Singh and Parteek Dahiya. However, the reason why Parteek is missing from this list is his inconsistency. On his day, Parteek can score 20 points in a match, but when he struggles to get going, he does not score even five points.

Guman Singh is a much safer option. Ever since Guman became the Gujarat team's captain, his performance has improved significantly in the raiding department. In Gujarat's previous outing against defending champions Puneri Paltan, Guman scored 16 out of the 33 points scored by his team.

A performance like that against a team like Pune would have boosted Guman's confidence to another level. Expect the Gujarat Giants skipper to light up the Balewadi Sports Complex with a memorable performance tonight.
