Pro Kabaddi League Season 6 has come to a thrilling end leaving us with lots of memories to be nostalgic about in the years to come. While many new raiders like Siddharth Desai and Pawan Sehrawat blazed super raids to have fans stand up from their seats, defenders like Nitesh Kumar and Parvesh Bhainswal displayed pure class defending on the Kabaddi mat.

The sixth edition of Pro Kabaddi ended with Bengaluru Bulls winning their first-ever title by defeating Gujarat Fortune Giants (38-33). Pawan Kumar Sehrawat scored 22 raid points in 25 attempts as the team celebrated with joy with tears of happiness to end the league on a high note. Captain of the side, Rohit Kumar lifted the trophy after an outstanding season to remember.

As for the raiders of the tournament, it was all about executing all the skills which were in the dictionary of Kabaddi. The competitiveness in the raiding department increased more than before as raiders performed according to the situation. It was about showing consistency with the raiding along with depicting a plethora of skills.

As the Season 6 of Pro Kabaddi concludes on a high note, we take a look at the top 5 raiders of the tournament:

#5 - Ajay Thakur (Tamil Thalaivas)

Ajay Thakur could manage to score 3 Super Raids only this season.
Ajay Thakur could manage to score 3 Super Raids only this season.

Perhaps the lone Thalaiva who raided single-handedly for his team and led his team from the front, Ajay Thakur played the frontline raider even in the difficult of situations the competition had to offer.

The season changed, however, the story remained the same for Tamil Thalaivas as they ended on the sixth position for the second time. Ajay Thakur's support raider in Sukesh Hegde scored 68 raid points only.

Ajay Thakur, however, executed skills which he precisely does on the mat. Executing running hand touch on the covers, leaping towards the midline for an escape, and touching the left corners after tempting them to go for an advance attempt.

Ajay Thakur played 22 matches and scored 203 raid points at an average of 9.22. He prioritized on leading his team to victories for playoffs' contention which is why he had only 7 Super 10s.
