Defending champions Puneri Paltan will play their second match of Pro Kabaddi League 2024 against three-time champions Patna Pirates tonight (Monday, October 21). The two teams squared off in the semifinals last year, where Pune knocked Patna out of the competition.
Patna Pirates will be out for revenge when they take on Puneri Paltan at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium tonight. Their defense is also well-settled, but right corner Gaurav Khatri has been the standout performer for a long time. Even in the first match of this season against Haryana Steelers, Gaurav scored seven points for Paltan.

Like Sandeep Dukhan Kumar, Sudhakar Maruthamuthu was a young talent unearthed by the Patna Pirates squad last season. Sudhakar is a left raider, who can trouble the defense with his athleticism.
Shedding some light on his numbers from Pro Kabaddi season 10, Sudhakar scored 105 points from 19 matches. He scored three Super 10s and executed a couple of super raids for the Patna-based franchise.
