Pro Kabaddi: Singer Benny Dayal to kickstart the Pune leg with the national anthem
Renowned singer Benny Dayal will charm the Balewadi Sports Complex with his scintillating voice when he will have the honor of singing the national anthem on the opening day of the Pune leg of the Pro Kabaddi League.
Benny has produced some great work in the field of music in recent times and has given his voice for some of the biggest hits recently which include songs from different movies like Bang Bang, 2 States, Ghajini and many more.
A journalism diploma holder from Chennai, Benny couldn’t be kept away from music for too long after he decided to quit his job and dedicate his life to music much to the joy of his listeners who have since been served with treats after treats of musical excellence.
Benny Dayal is also the recipient of the prestigious R.D. Burman Award for New Music Talent at the 54th Filmfare Awards for his song ‘Kaise Mujhe Tum Mil Gayi’ from Ghajini.
So Benny is set to follow a queue of greats like Amitabh Bachchan and many other greats who have had this honor of opening the evening with the national anthems in their much illustrious voices.
Benny has done playback for a host of Tamil and Telugu songs as well apart from his superhits he delivered for the Bollywood films and has six albums to his name.
