Mangala Gunasekara, Tejwinder Singh and Taranjit Singh were the only double-digit scorers for Cyprus. They needed more runs from the rest of the batting. But there were encouraging signs and hopefully, they get their act together for the upcoming games with the bat.

All the five bowlers who bowled for Romania were among the wickets with two of them going at less than 9.00 RPO in their couple of overs. On the whole, this was an impressive effort both with the ball and in the field from them.
