Right then! We can talk a lot about this match as it was entertaining throughout the end. Now, we have to look ahead as Pretoria Capitals lock horns with Sunrisers Eastern Cape at the iconic Wanderers. Both teams have won one each, so we are in for a mouth-watering final. Who will clinch the inaugural SA20 title? We will find out on Saturday and until then, this is Pragadeesh and Pradeep saying goodbye and goodnight
Aiden Markram is the Player of the Match for his sensational hundred that set the tone for this win! Here's what he had to say: Great day for us, coming here into semi, tricky one and desperately wanted to get into the finals but still had to play the forty over of cricket to play and we tried our best and we came out on the right side. On the T20 format, most definitely my best knock, I didn't believe it could happen, ultimately the win means a lot. It was tight in the end, was a bit nervous, things to learn from it, credit to the guys for having plans and execution was good. Rest up tomorrow, do a bit of planning on Saturday morning, see what's the conditions in Joburg, it's going to be different from this, develop some plans and hopefully on Saturday we can execute well.
Faf du Plessis (Joburg Super Kings captain): Look it was going really well up until the last four overs or so, bowled six beamers, that went for 34 or 36 runs, that's the game changing moment. Really good knock from Hendricks, clear with his plan, struggling with hammy, he came out and showed everyone what Reeza Hendricks could do. Disappointed, if you look at the runs you get satisfied but it doesn't mean much to me if you don't turn up in the big game, that's the game of cricket, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The last five games to go unbeaten, played some good cricket, we were slightly off in the field, hands get a slippery, balls go fuller than you want, it's a tough ground at the back end of the innings but those beamers are big no no if you look back. Fantastic support even in Pretoria, thank you very much for turning up in big numbers.
Sunrisers Eastern Cape won by 14 runs Markram 100(58) | Reeza Hendricks 96(54) Roelof van der Merwe 2-23(4) | Lizaad Williams 4-36
143 runs needed in the final 10 overs but Hendricks made everyone believe that there was life left in this contest. He didn't get any valuable support from the other end until Ferreira arrived at the crease. Ferreira's entertaining cameo gave the belief for the Super Kings before Shepherd joined hands with Hendricks and the duo went all guns blazing to keep the team alive in the contest
Hendricks kept entertaining the crowd at the back end as he deposited two maximums into the pool towards deep square leg but one spell from Sunrisers Eastern Cape really turned out to be match-defining in the end. Yes, it's none other than Roelof van der Merwe's spell. When other bowlers were taken for cleaners by Hendricks, he bowled his heart out and kept the batters quiet, conceding just 23 runs and picking up two wickets as well
While chasing a big score at the start, the scoreboard pressure got the better of Faf and du Plooy as both went cheaply to hand the upper hand to Eastern Cape. Coetzee struggled for timing and Wade's knock too wasn't free-flowing. Hendricks rose to the occasion and took them close but unfortunately his knock came at a losing cause
What a nerve-wracking semi-final. This one kept everyone at the edge of their seats until the final over, and in the end, it's delight for Sunrisers Eastern Cape and a disappointment for Joburg Super Kings.

19.6 Ottniel Baartman to Romario Shepherd, SIX! BUT DOESN'T MATTER! Sunrisers storm into the SA20 finals and play against Pretoria Capitals on Saturday! Length delivery on the fifth stump, Shepherd stays deep inside the crease and CLOBBERS it way over long-off fence for a maximum.
19.5 Ottniel Baartman to Sibonelo Makhanya, OH! Full on the off-stump, Makhanya, drives it straight back to Baartman who almost had a moment of brilliance, looking to pass it back to the stumps but misses as they pick up a single.
Sibonelo Makhanya, RHB, walks in at no.8
What a knock. It's unfortunate Hendricks can't drag his team over the finishing line
19.4 Ottniel Baartman to Reeza Hendricks, OUT! UP IN THE AIR AND TAKEN! Sunrisers now can celebrate, that should be it. Full on the off-stump as Hendricks swings across the line but has skied it straight up and the long-off fielder settles under it to pouch. End of a spectacular innings from Reeza Hendricks!
