5 mobs fans would love to see in Minecraft movie

The Minecraft movie teaser dropped a week ago and showcased how four characters would stumble upon the game's world and go on an adventure to save it. In the trailer, we can see various mobs like pink sheep, piglins, ghasts, creepers, wolves, llamas, etc. However, the teaser was quite short and did not disclose every creature the film will contain.

Here is a list of a few mobs that the fanbase would love to see in the upcoming film about the sandbox game.

List of mobs fans would love to see featured in the Minecraft movie

1) Warden

Warden is one of the scariest mobs in Minecraft. It was added in the 1.19 Wild update and instantly became one of the most powerful mobs players must avoid since it takes a lot of hits to slay. Warden is found in the depths of the Overworld realm, in the deep dark biome.

Though most of the movie teaser showcased the characters roaming on the surface of the Overworld, there are chances that they will explore the caves and could find the blind but terrifyingly powerful Warden. Since the mob is blind and relies only on smell, a fun yet adventurous scene can be created around it.

2) Villager

Throughout most of the teaser, all five characters are seen exploring the world near a village. Piglins were also seen raiding a village-like settlement. However, no villagers are shown in the teaser apart from them roaming around in more zoomed-out shots.

Hence, villagers are one of the few mobs Minecraft fans would love to see in the film. Their quirky behavior and interaction with the characters can be fun to witness. Since most of the Overworld scenes were shown in a village, there is a high chance that its inhabitants may feature in the movie.

3) Enderman

Enderman is one of the most interesting and mysterious creatures in Minecraft. They look somewhat like the in-game characters that gamers play as but are much taller. Furthermore, they have the special ability to pick up blocks. There are loads of fan theories that they are an ancient race of people that used to live before the player's character entered the world.

These mysterious mobs can also be shown and can be tied to the film's overarching story, particularly because they seem connected to the game's underlying lore.

4) Zombie

One of the first and most basic hostile mobs in Minecraft are zombies. These are some of the bad guys players encounter on their first night in the new world. They walk slowly towards the player and attack them with their bare hands, or any item they pick up or spawn with.

Since they are one of the most iconic mobs in the sandbox game, fans would love to witness them in the film. Zombies will be a strong nod to the game's history.

5) Hosts

When observing the teaser, we can see that the film is not only connected to the original sandbox game made by Mojang Studios but also their new title Minecraft Legends. It is a role-playing action-adventure game in which piglins are shown as the main villain and how they infiltrate the Overworld to cause destruction.

Something similar was shown in the teaser, along with various kinds of piglins that are not present in the original game. Hence, fans of Minecraft Legends will also love to see the three host mobs: Action, Foresight, and Knowledge, appear in the film at some point in the game.
