1) Bundles
The Minecraft Java Bundles of Bravery drop will introduce bundles, which are storage items that can hold a mixed stack of up to 64 items. They were first teased in Minecraft Live 2020 and had become all the rage, with players coming up with mods and packs to replicate it. This experimental feature will be available officially as part of the update.
The bundles, crafted with string and leather, will allow players to store tons of items, including other bundles to stack, making it a great accessory for resource farming. As of the latest 1.21.50.24 beta and preview, players will be offered 16 color variants, which they can change using dyes:
- White
- Light Gray

2) New game modes
One of the highlights of the Minecraft Java Bundles of Bravery drop is the introduction of the new Hardcore game mode. This mode is a tweak on the current survival mode where the world is locked to Hard difficulty along with a permadeath feature where players cannot respawn after dying.
This difficulty mode is also arriving in Minecraft Realms and the update is set to bring a world creation screen that will enable players to create Hardcore Realms in-game. It will allow a host of PVP and PVE experiences with higher difficulty, adding new layers of challenges and excitement.
3) Banner Patterns
The Minecraft Java Bundles of Bravery drop also introduces two new banner patterns: Field Masoned and Bordure Indented. These add to the existing eight banners in the Java edition and allow players a varied customization choice.
The Field Masoned Banner Pattern features a design inspired by the shape of bricks while the Bordure Indented pattern can be used to customize banners with the shape of a fancy border.

4) Improvement to the Minecart
A major section of the Minecraft Java Bundles of Bravery drop has also been dedicated to improving the minecarts, one of the most popular modes of transportation in-game. As part of the update, it can now articulate its movements better when going fast, allowing the ability to ride on the rail all the time.
The Minecraft Java Bundles of Bravery drop will also introduce movements to the turning of the Minecarts and reduce their likeliness to halt suddenly. Additionally, changes have been introduced to the animations to now tilt to visually depict aerial movement. They can also be placed next to each other on a track to optimize building and make it easier to place routes.
A major overhaul has been made to the speed cap of the Minecart, with a new game rule "minecartMaxSpeed" allowing the speed to be set between 8 and 1000 blocks per second.

5) Improvements to Redstone and other gameplay features
The Bundles of Bravery drop has also introduced updates to redstone and related items. Redstone has received changes to the performance impact of the wire as well as only triggering block updates on blocks that may receive power from the wire.
These wires also received a left-first preference, ensuring that the left side is updated first if both sides of a fork have equal power. This allows for less randomization and more predictable behaviors of technical builds.
As for gameplay features, many blocks have received updates to their behavior as part of the Minecraft Java Bundles of Bravery drop. The bee nests and beehives now show information about the honey level and the number of bees inside, allowing players to have a better idea of their resources. Additionally, bees now wander around less randomly and are less likely to get stuck in corners anymore.
Ender pearls also received many changes that allow them to load and tick chunks around it in a 3x3 block when thrown. This is also applicable for the pearls that cross to a new dimension, allowing them to travel seamlessly. These updates are made to improve the gameplay experience and address discrepancies.
