"Ground fog is genius": Minecraft fan turns Pale Garden spookier, community wants it to be official

Minecraft will be getting the final version of the Pale Garden biome in a future update. For now, players have access to the biome as an experimental feature. Since there is time for making changes to the Pale Garden, players are coming up with their own ideas for the new biome.

A Minecraft player and Reddit user named u/ic22487 shared some images on r/Minecraft, showing how they tweaked the upcoming Pale Garden biome to add some ground fog. This small addition massively improves the whole ambiance of the biome, making it much scarier at both night and daytime.

User u/musical_entropy said that it's too bad Mojang Studios will not be incorporating changes like these in the final update. The user stated the ground fog effect looks way better than the Vanilla version of the biome. User u/MrLambNugget agreed saying that the developers always add half-baked stuff.

However, user u/typevader2 disagreed, saying that the developers at Mojang Studios listen to a lot of feedback. They mentioned how the Caves & Cliffs update was tweaked a lot to solve all the issues with the terrain generation.

User u/Cpt-Hendrix said that there should be a hallucination mechanic in the Pale Garden biome when the player looks at the eyes of the Creaking mob. Another user named u/Futureazoo said this effect looked amazing and asked the OP how they achieved this look.

The Pale Garden biome and the Creaking mob are some of the new things soon coming to the game. These features are currently present as experimental features added with the snapshot 24w40a. The new biome is set to improve the horror element of the game, as the Creaking cannot be killed by normal attacks, no matter what weapons are being used.

To kill the Creaking, players must look for the Creaking Heart and destroy it. If they do not want to destroy it, it can be broken using a tool with the Silk Touch enchantment. The Creaking Heart can be placed in any biome. If it is placed between two pale oak wood blocks in the same orientation, it activates the heart.
