How to spawn structures in Minecraft

To spawn and put any structure in the game, you will need to use the “/place” command. As the name suggests, this command allows you to place any in-game structure. So if you are building a map that requires multiple jungle temples all around the place, you can use this command to add those structures easily.

This command allows you to place any structure from the game which includes mobs, items, and all the in-game structures. Earlier, it was called “/placefeature” but that changed with the 1.19 update. Now that you know what command to use, let’s move on to using the command.

Using the command is easy. However, you need to change some settings before you can start using them. To enable commands, make sure you follow these steps:

Start the game and select the world you want to place structures.
Press “Esc” and from the pause menu, select “Open to LAN.”
Here, you will get two options, turn on the “Allow cheats” option.
Finally, select the “Start LAN World” option.
Now you can start using any command in the game.

In the game, all you need to do is press “T” on the keyboard or select the normal chat option. In the text block, write “/place structure structure name” where the structure name could be anything from villagers to desert temples. While you type the command, you will get suggestions for the structure. You can choose your structure from there as well.

Using this command, you can add any structure you want in the game. This is a crucial command to know but remember that it disables achievements. So make sure to do it in a separate world.
