Minecraft Live 2024 countdown

Minecraft has finally announced the dates for the official Live event in which developers will reveal the game's upcoming updates and features. Officially called the Minecraft Live event, it is scheduled to be held on September 28 and will be live-streamed on the game's official YouTube and Twitch accounts besides the official Minecraft website.

Players have been anticipating this event, as it will be different from the previous Minecraft Live event. Recently, the developers announced they will be changing the update structure for the game completely. Instead of hosting the event once a year and announcing one major update, like 1.21, the developers will host it twice every year.

There will also be smaller and more frequent updates so that the developers can add more content at shorter intervals. This is what many players have been asking for and it would allow the development team at Mojang Studios to give players what they want. Also, frequent updates mean the game will be more exciting.

Coming to the update, there is no information about what the announcement will entail. The team might introduce some new features that they plan to add in the near future.
