Minecraft player builds an incredible 700,000 blocks wide wheat farm

Minecraft allows gamers to make almost anything they can. The game's generative nature, when combined with talented players' passion and infinite patience, results in some incredible structures that the entire community can enjoy. And this has been proven yet again.

A Minecraft player and Reddit user named u/coffeelover900 shared some images on the game's subreddit. The pictures showed an incredibly large wheat farm built in a Hardcore world. The user also mentioned that the farm is over 700,000 blocks wide.

For those who do not know, making something this big would be a difficult task even in Creative mode as it allows unlimited seeds and faster movement. To do it in Hardcode mode is even more impressive as one death would result in losing everything. The original poster also posted other images showing some crucial stats of their world.

Reacting to this, user u/NCSteampunk congratulated the player and then jokingly asked them to harvest it. Another user named u/lucky3698 joined in, saying that due to the size of the field, the original poster would have to harvest and replant the seed. And by the time they are done, the wheat will be ready to harvest again.

User u/Cloudstar_Cat said that they could not do this even in Creative mode, and they are not aware of game commands as well. User u/Tone-Serious said that they can do it in Creative mode, but only in the shape of a square.

Another user named u/Dr_J_Hyde suggested doing it with the commands on a square shape. Anything not over farmland will just break and fall.

User u/AskPacifistBlog said that they know bread is good food, but a wheat field this large is taking things too far. Another user named u/detectivehardrock asked why would the original poster do such a tedious thing, and in response, user u/Total_Possibility_48 replied by saying why not. User u/girlkid68421 asked the OP if the size would cross 1 million blocks.

Players have always shown the community the possibilities of Minecraft with the impressive size of their builds. Recently, another fan shared some images showing how they recreated the battle of Kashyyyk from the Star Wars series. Other talented builders have made structures such as castles, real and fictional cities, and even a massive fictional country.

With the addition of new items to the game, it is interesting to see what kind of builds players come up with. Mojang Studios announced the Winter Drop, which will be adding a lot of new things to Minecraft. However, the resin block and the Pale Oak wood are the most exciting additions as they can be used in building projects.
