"Oh thats perfect actually": New resin blocks in Minecraft are an excellent match with lava, leaving the community impressed
Minecraft will soon introduce the resin block that can be found in the upcoming Pale Garden biome. This bright orange block can be crafted into bricks, which many players believe are perfect for building structures in the nether.
A Minecraft player and Reddit user named u/lothycat224 shared an image on the game’s subreddit showcasing some nether fortresses built with the upcoming resin brick blocks. When placed in contrast with the deep cyan-blue trees of the nether dimension, the structure looks more vibrant. The original poster stated in the caption that this block looks very good with lava.
Reacting to the image, user u/0inputoutput0 commented:

The color of lava and the resin bricks is very similar, almost as if the resin bricks were made out of lava. This is the reason why many players are finding the pairing of these two items so appealing.
Another user named u/BekooBove pointed out that the structure looks like a Mario level. Other players have compared the resin bricks with the bricks from the Super Mario Bros game.
The original poster also shared their experience with the new resin block in a comment, mentioning how much they enjoyed the new bricks. However, the sound the resin bricks make when the player walks on is a little uncomfortable and they wish it sounded more like other bricks.
User u/MicrowavedTheBaby expressed some confusion about the new addition, asking what it was and noting how quickly new items and features are being added to the game. Another user named u/ThePenguinOrgalorg said that these are the new resin blocks that were added recently in Bedrock Beta.
Along with the resin block, the developers also added a new flower called the eyeblossom that can be found in the Pale Garden biome. It comes in two variants: open and closed. It remains closed during the day and opens up at night.
New items in Minecraft
Whenever the developers add a new item in Minecraft, it sparks excitement among players. New blocks allow for more options to build structures with, and based on the reaction of the community, it seems that players are really liking the resin block. Players can obtain the resin block by locating the Creaking Heart, which is the source of power for the Creaking mob.
Once the player breaks the Creaking Heart, they can get the resin clumps. These clumps can be then put inside a furnace to harden and then turned into resin bricks.
