"We need this version": Minecraft fan-made Pale tree build leaves the community asking for a rework
Minecraft will soon get a new biome called the Pale Garden. This new overworld biome has a new tree type called the Pale Oak tree, which looks very similar to the dark oak tree, but there are some differences, like the saturation level. While this is fine, some players want the developers to change the design of the trees, and they have something in mind.
A Minecraft player and Reddit user u/Ok-Prior-8032 shared an image on the game's subreddit showing a concept for the Pale Garden trees. The original poster’s version of the desaturated tree shows a bulkier design with a larger, drooping canopy. The community seems to prefer the design over the original one.
Reacting to this redesign, user u/CharacterHair567 commented:
“Now I can't look at the real thing anymore 😭 We need this version”
User u/Diamante_90 mentioned that this was the willow tree inspiration the developers at Mojang Studios were going for, but then they changed their outlook. The user also asked how the original poster plans on fitting the resin and Creaking Heart inside this smaller and denser tree design.
Another user named u/danieldoria15 replied to the comment saying the OP can make the trees slightly bigger or hide the Creaking Heart somewhere in the leaves. This idea is great as it would make finding the heart more challenging and up the horror factor.
User u/SpiderGuy3342 wrote a sarcastic comment while taking a dig at Mojang Studios. They said the tree looked unique and not a copy of the dark oak tree with its saturation turned down.
They also added that the concept tree looks like it was actually inspired by the willow tree. Again, this was a jibe at the developers who had said the Pale Garden biome trees would be inspired by the willow tree.
User u/Mythril382 said that the point of the Pale Garden biome is to be a variant of the dark oak forest, but it would be better if players could find a rare variant of the trees that look more like willow trees as shown in the concept image.
The Pale Garden biome in Minecraft
In the upcoming Winter Drop update, Mojang Studios will add a new biome called the Pale Garden. This desaturated and scary biome will get players to find the Creaking mob that comes out at night and only moves to attack when the players are not looking at it.
Defeating this mob will be challenging as the Creaking does not take any damage from normal attacks. Instead, players need to find the Creaking Heart hidden somewhere in the biome and break it to defeat the mob. Destroying the heart also gives resin clumps that can be used to make resin brick blocks.
