You can usually find a fletching table in the house of a fletcher in your village. But if you wish to put the unemployed villagers to work and make them earn their bowl of suspicious stew, you can craft a fletching table.

To craft a fletching table, you will need four planks and two flints. Place the two flints side by side and then place two planks in each row of flint. Place the fletching table in your inventory and you can now place it in your village to employ a fletcher.
