ONE welterweight and lightweight MMA world champion Christian Lee says Adrian Lee will return the favor and corner him for his world title defense at ONE 169: Atlanta on Nov. 8.
'The Warrior' is scheduled to put his crown on the line against Turkish dynamite Alibeg Rasulov inside State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. Having taken a step away from the limelight in light of Victoria's passing on Boxing Day in 2022, Lee couldn't have wished for a better way to resume his journey on the biggest martial arts platform.
'The Warrior' had this to say at a post-fight scrum about whether or not Adrian will head to 'Hotlanta' with him following Adrian's flawless submission win in Denver:
"Absolutely, he’ll be there."
During his time away from competition, Christian Lee has gone the extra mile to assist Adrian through his journey under the ONE banner. The 18-year-old has already racked up a 2-0 record with back-to-back submission wins, and looking ever-ready to continue his rise up the lightweight division.
But the young star himself shared that his focus will be on assisting Christian with his comeback fight before he plots his next move in the promotion.

Christian Lee says he has plenty left in his tank ahead of Atlanta return
Despite all the experience he's gained throughout his nine-year campaign in ONE Championship, Christian Lee admits that he doesn't feel a day old.
The 26-year-old told Sportskeeda MMA previously:
"I don't feel like I'm near the end of my career. I do feel like I'm just getting started, and I'm going to take you one step at a time."
