Conor McGregor posts video of Artem Lobov starring in a commercial he got through 'The Notorious' - "I hooked him up with this company Parimatch"
Conor McGregor’s feud with Artem Lobov continues to escalate after a commercial featuring Lobov surfaces.
‘The Notorious’ and Lobov were once close friends and consistent training partners. Their relationship began to spiral when McGregor’s former training partner sued him for millions of dollars, claiming he helped the former two-division UFC champion start Proper Twelve Irish Whiskey without the correct compensation.
McGregor went on social media and began calling Lobov a rat. Since then, ‘The Russian Hammer’ has reportedly opened a second lawsuit against ‘The Notorious’ for defamation. The Proper Twelve founder continued to verbally attack his former training partner after seeing him featured in a commercial for Parimatch, an international betting company. He had this to say on Twitter:
“Look at this f*****g s**t. I hooked him up with this company Parimatch an all. Im actually lost for words lads. Out straight. F**ked up cookie you are in the head pal. You’re Bolloxed. #rat”
McGregor followed up by saying:
“Excuse me I didn’t approve of this s**te. Who is this guy pretending to be me here? I’d sue but I prefer jail.”
The commercial featured a McGregor look-alike, further angering ‘The Notorious.’ The former SBG Ireland teammates won’t be making amends anytime soon, considering Lobov’s two lawsuits are ongoing.
Conor McGregor called out Artem Lobov for a fight at the SBG Concorde gym
Conor McGregor’s shock for Artem Lobov’s actions has turned into anger. Despite McGregor’s social media antics leading to a defamation lawsuit, ‘The Notorious’ is not finished calling out Lobov on Twitter. The former two-division UFC champion had this to say while speaking on a Twitter voice message:
“This is a call out to Artem, the fanny, fairy pad, Lobov. I’m challenging you to a fight tonight 10:30 p.m. I’ll meet you down at SBG Concorde and we’ll fight for the whole lot. Going through having lawyers message me about defamation and all this suing and all… You’re a little blouse, mate. I’ll see you at SBG Concord tonight at 10:30 p.m. and I’ll fight you for the whole lot. Answer this f*****g call out, you little blouse.”
‘The Notorious’ has plans to re-enter the USADA testing pool in February after recovering from a gruesome leg injury in his last fight. Although an opponent hasn’t been announced, Conor McGregor’s return is starting to create anticipation.
