What are Jake Paul and Tommy Fury's expected earnings from their fight?

Jake Paul and Tommy Fury's main-event showdown in Saudi Arabia this past weekend will earn them both a handsome amount of money.

The pair faced off in a cruiserweight bout labeled 'The Truth', which saw 'TNT' have his hand raised via split decision after getting the nod on two of the three judges' scorecards.

The bout went the distance, in which Fury was able to showcase his boxing pedigree by outlanding 'The Problem Child' across all eight rounds of the fight. Despite coming up short, Paul was praised for his durability throughout and caused the biggest moment of the fight by dropping Fury in the eighth round.

Per Sports Zion, Jake Paul's fixed fight purse was set at $3.2 million. Furthermore, he will earn 65 percent of the pay-per-view buys, which is estimated to take his overall earnings to close to $9 million. These figures also include any sponsorship deals.

Meanwhile, the 23-year-old Fury will get the biggest payday of his career so far, with his total earnings estimated to be in the region of $4.5 million, including his pay-per-view shares and sponsorships.

'TNT' may be set to double his entire earnings, however, if 'The Problem Child' honors the bet he made with the 23-year-old during the pre-fight press conference. Paul offered Fury an all or nothing bet, where he claimed he would double Fury's earnings if he got the victory:

"I think we make a deal then since you're so confident. I think we make a deal. If you win, I'll pay you the double of what I'm paying you already. But if I win, I take everything that I'm paying you."

Jake Paul wants an immediate rematch with Tommy Fury

Jake Paul disagreed with the judges' decision that saw him handed the first loss of his professional boxing career (6-1).

Tommy Fury was given the nod by two of the three judges who scored the fight 76-73, 76-73, and 74-75 in his favor. Following the decision, Paul was interviewed in the ring and gave his instant reaction to the fight.

'The Problem Child' said that he was unhappy with the judges' decision as he believes he scored at least two 10-8 rounds. The 26-year-old also congratulated his opponent but stated that he wants to run it back as soon as possible:

"All respect to Tommy, he won. Don’t judge me by my wins, judge me by my losses. I’ll come back. I think we deserve that rematch. It was a great fight, a close fight. I don’t know if I agree with the judges. I got a 10-8 round twice, so it is what it is.”
