Is GSP Coming Back?

Ready to get back into the Octagon?

Former UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre is reportedly training three times a week with his MMA coach Firas Zahabi. "GSP" has been retired for the last few years, and UFC fans have been waiting for the king of the welterweight division to return. After his controversial victory over Johny Hendricks, Georges St-Pierre decided to walk away from the Octagon. The welterweight division hasn't been the same since, and MMA enthusiasts have been wondering if "GSP" will ever return.

Firas Zahabi claims that Georges St-Pierre is in the best shape of his life, and Zahabi believes that "GSP" still has the desire to compete in the UFC. However, Firas Zahabi revealed that Georges St-Pierre will only come back for a Super fight. Unfortunately, there isn't anyone that "GSP" could make a Super fight with.

A few years ago, UFC fans dreamed of a matchup between "GSP" and Anderson Silva. However, Silva famously fell from grace, and there is no one left for "GSP" to fight. Zahabi also made it clear that Georges St-Pierre doesn't want a UFC championship. So, what are Georges St Pierre's options? As of right now, I think that "GSP" should stay retired, but he should definitely keep his options open.
