Khamzat Chimaev claims UFC offered him four different opponents but "nobody wants to fight" him
Khamzat Chimaev admitted that he is having trouble securing his next opponent in the UFC.
In a recent video uploaded to his YouTube channel, Chimaev stated that fighters in the promotion are declining to fight the 28-year-old. Regardless of whether it involves a title fight or not, the Chechen-born Swede admitted that he is willing to compete against anyone in the promotion, stating:
"Gonna fight somebody. I don't know who. They change your opponents all day, all the time. So, every week, it has new opponents. But nobody want to fight. The guys speaks a lot of trash talk, a lot of about me...When it comes to the fight and sign the contract, they want to run away. I'm always ready. We'll see what's gonna happen now...I just wanna fight, give me somebody. If the guys run away from me, just give me someday."

Khamzat Chimaev getting a title shot against Alex Pereira doesn't concern Robert Whittaker
Alex Pereira became the new king of the middleweight division in November. There have been a lot of discussions pertaining to who his potential opponent would be, if not a rematch against Israel Adesanya.
Many people anticipated Robert Whittaker to be in the running for a title. However, Khamzat Chimaev demanded a middleweight championship bout against Alex Pereira shortly after the latter won the title.
In a recent interview with Submission Radio, Robert Whittaker stated that he would not be bothered if the UFC scheduled a title fight between Khamzat Chimaev and Alex Pereira before him. The middleweight said:
"They've always done weird crap like this, I've seen weirder stuff happen around titles. It is what it is. It'd be interesting, I guess. I don't really care about anything, 'cause I'm gonna fight [Paulo] Costa in February. And then whoever is in that top spot, I'm gunning for."
