"Little f***ing bald-headed midget" - When Tyson Fury slammed Joe Rogan for predicting Jon Jones would dominate the Englishman in potential fight
Tyson Fury once took a swipe at Joe Rogan for backing Jon Jones in a theoretical showdown. Rogan stirred the pot on the age-old heated debate over whether boxers or mixed martial artists reign supreme with his remarks last year.
During an episode of The Joe Rogan Experience in April 2023, the famed podcaster boldly asserted that reigning UFC heavyweight champion Jones would come out on top if he and 'The Gypsy King' were locked in a room for a no-holds-barred clash.
Rogan's remarks sparked a fierce discussion within the combat sports community and triggered a fiery exchange between the former WBC heavyweight champion and Jones on social media. Fury, in particular, got notably irked by the veteran UFC commentator's dismissal of his abilities.
In May 2013, 'The Gypsy King' unleashed a scathing response to Rogan on Instagram stories, asserting that no one could defeat him in a one-on-one fight and boasting that he could effortlessly dominate Jones. He said:
"I heard Joe Rogan say something about me over there, and I've been off all the social media and didn't reply to that little p*ssy, that little f**king bald-head midget. I heard him say that Jon Jones could f**k me up if we were in the room together. I don't think so. Not a man born from a mother can f**k me up in a room. Whatever happens in that room, I'd be walking out— not a f**king problem."

Fury is set to face undefeated heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk in a highly anticipated rematch, with the Ukrainian's WBA, WBC, and WBO titles up for grabs this Saturday in Riyadh. The Englishman experienced his first professional loss against 'The Cat' during their undisputed title showdown in May.
When Tyson Fury spoke candidly about overcoming mental health issues with Joe Rogan
Tyson Fury's battles with mental health and substance abuse are a well-documented chapter of his life. 'The Gypsy King' faced a significant downturn after his monumental victory over the legendary Wladimir Klitschko in November 2015, which crowned him a world champion.
During an appearance on Joe Rogan's podcast in October 2018, Fury opened up about his depression and revealed how he initially grappled with understanding the root of his mental turmoil:
"Unless you experience what I am saying, it's so impossible to understand where I've been and where I've come from and it just went from bad to worse. I hit the drink heavily on a daily basis, I hit the drugs. I was up all night, partying with women overnight and not coming home. I didn't care about boxing, I didn't care about living. I just wanted to die. I was going to have a good time doing it while I was doing it."
