MMA News: Anderson Silva talks about Conor McGregor Superfight
What's the story?
UFC 235 will see the return of Anderson Silva to the UFC when he will face Israel Adesanya in a fight to teach the young up and comer why he is a legend in the Mixed Martial Arts business.
Ahead of his fight with Israel Adesanya, Anderson Silva was asked about who else he would like to fight, with two more fights left on his contract. While one of those fights will most likely be for the title, the other one was against 'The Notorious' Conor McGregor.
In case you didn't know...
Anderson Silva was one of the legends of UFC and was the king of the Middleweight Division in the UFC. for the longest time, he was unbeaten in his division, until he faced his first defeat in recent years.
However, Silva is also known for his ability to shift to other divisions. Anderson Silva has fought in other divisions when he decided to fight in lighter as well as heavier weight classes when he was required to make the change in his weight.
The heart of the matter
When asked about a possible super fight with Conor McGregor, Anderson Silva revealed that Dana White was not too eager for such a fight between the two Superstars. However, Silva revealed that he really wanted the fight against McGregor.
"That's a super fight. I think that's very interesting."
If McGregor and Anderson Silva are to face each other in a fight, then Silva will have to go through a huge weight cut.

Anderson Silva is set to face Israel Adesanya at UFC 235 on the 2nd of March, 2019. It will be interesting to see how Anderson Silva and Adesanya face off, as they are clearly the faces of two different eras in the UFC.
