MMA News: Conor responds to 'Call Of Duty'

Now we know where the Instagram post came from!

The man behind raising the UFC selling price from $3.5 billion to $4 billion (according to Dana White), Conor McGregor has been offered a plate of opportunities. The latest of which The Notorious one couldn’t refuse.

The UFC featherweight champion is to play a character in the latest edition of Call of Duty franchise, ‘Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare’. Surprisingly, he will be joined by the Game Of Thrones star Kit Harington who will star opposite to Conor with the lead villain role.

According to UFC’s media partner website Foxsports.com, he has already begun filming the scenes of the video game. This new adventure for him will certainly expand his brand image in the early stages of his UFC career.

McGregor will join the likes of Kevin Spacey and Chris Meloni who have played roles in the past games of the billion dollar frannchise. Surely, McGregor has made his name heard out there amongst the people who don’t follow MMA.

The Notorious also turned down an offer to play a role in the latest movie of xXx franchise- ‘xXx: Return of Xander Cage’. However, a possiblity of a career outside the Octagon for him doesn’t seem to be diminished at all.
