MMA News Roundup: Jon Jones back at UFC P4P No.1, Daniel Cormier to be a part of WWE event, hospital reacts to Andrew Tate's health report leak
Welcome to today's edition of Sportskeeda's daily MMA News Roundup, where we present the biggest UFC updates and other stories from the world of mixed martial arts.
In today's issue, we talk about Jon Jones reclaiming the top pound-for-pound spot, Daniel Cormier returning to WWE this year, and more.
#3. Jon Jones back at No.1 P4P spot in latest UFC rankings
The heavyweight title win has earned Jon Jones the top pound-for-pound spot back.
'Bones' formerly held the position for a long time and lost it to Khabib Nurmagomedov after the Russian's final UFC fight. Jones eventually got it back after 'The Eagle' was removed from the roster post-retirement. However, his hiatus pushed him down the rankings gradually.
At UFC 285, Jones took it all back with a clinical submission win over Ciryl Gane.
In other ranking changes, Alexa Grasso entered the women's pound-for-pound list at No.2.

#2. Daniel Cormier to commentate on WrestleMania
Daniel Cormier is returning to WWE but in a different capacity this time.
Last October, Cormier served as a special guest referee in a high-stakes Fight Pit match between Matt Riddle and Seth Rollins at Extreme Rules. This year, the former UFC double champ will don the commentator's hat at WrestleMania.
The news was first reported by Sports Illustrated. Cormier told the outlet that he will lead ESPN's coverage of the event.
"I’m going to WrestleMania. The first week of April for ESPN, I’ll be leading the coverage for WrestleMania. I’m so excited about it," Cormier said.
WrestleMania 2023 will take place on April 1 and 2 at the SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California.
The card is likely to be headlined by a Roman Reigns vs. Cody Rhodes match over the Undisputed WWE Universal title. Recent reports confirm that John Cena will also be there to face Austin Theory for the WWE United States belt.
Speaking on a potential confrontation with Brock Lesnar, 'DC' said he would "smack him upside his head."
#1. Dubai hospital condemns Andrew Tate's health report leak
A leaked document from King's College Hospital London-Dubai recently revealed that Andrew Tate has a lesion in his lung that requires further investigation.
The document was a letter written by King's College resident Dr. Ali Razzak. The doctor requested Tate to undergo a number of procedures, including a PET-CT scan, bronchoscopy, and CT-guided biopsy.
In a statement to the Khaleej Times, King's College Hospital admitted that the leaked letter was authentic, but condemned its exposure:
"We confirm that the letter, which details Mr. Tate’s visits to our hospital in Dubai Hills, and the Medical Centre in Dubai Marina and Jumeirah, as well as the diagnostic tests he underwent, was issued by one of our family medicine practitioners, Dr. Ali Razzak, who is the medical director of King’s Dubai Marina Medical Centre."
About the leak, they said they "strongly condemned" the breach of patient-doctor confidentiality.
Tate has denied having cancer and claimed that the scar was from "an old battle," possibly alluding to his kickboxing past.
