2016 vs. 2024: How Dana White got visibly ripped abs at 52 years in just 10 weeks
UFC CEO Dana White is one of MMA's most recognizable figures. However, what is unrecognizable is his physique of today compared to how he looked back in 2016. Curiously, his physical transformation at the age of 52 didn't require eight years. Instead, he underwent and completed his transformation in just 10 weeks.
Just today, White took to his Instagram to share a physique update on his story. Specifically, he shared a shirtless picture of himself with a caption that revealed he had exercised rigorously ahead of a flight, all before 9 AM. But just how did White achieve such a physique while being well past his physical prime?
While rumors rumors regarding White's changing physique were abound, the UFC CEO revealed that his physical transformation is owed to Gary Brecka, a human biologist and founder of the 10X Health System. With his aid, White's physique changed from bulky to leaner and more well-muscled.
Furthermore, he claims that Brecka diagnosed him with various health-related issues that medical professionals and healthcare specialists had allegedly failed to. Brecka himself claimed to have stabilized White's health issues, including his cholesterol levels, inflammation, etc., while guiding him through TRT.
Testosterone replacement therapy is not exclusive to White, however, as veteran UFC commentator Joe Rogan also subscribes to its use. By working together with Brecka, White claims to have vastly improved his health and achieved a physique in just a few months that he once found extremely difficult.
He has provided several physique updates throughout the years, drawing praise from the MMA world for his efforts, especially at his age. White was not present for UFC Denver, as he had boarded a plane to Italy. While he wasn't octagon-side, he had his eyes on the event.
Now, though, the UFC CEO will focus on preparing to introduce his close friend, former United States president Donald Trump at the Republican National Convention this coming Thursday.
