Endeavor Group Holdings, a company specializing in sports and entertainment and the parent company of UFC, recently announced its financial results for the fiscal year and quarterly period that ended on December 31, 2022. The report showcased a record-breaking year for the company, including 21 sellout UFC events and a revenue of more than $5 billion.

One of the key contributors to this success was the Ultimate Fighting Company, which experienced 21 consecutive sellouts during the year, bringing the total to 29 since the return of live audiences. The promotion also achieved record sponsorship sales volume and renewed ten international media rights deals with aggregate AAV increases of over 100%.

The growth for the year was primarily fueled by a surge in media rights fees at the Ultimate Fighting Championship, alongside an increase in sponsorship, licensing, commercial pay-per-view, and event-related revenue, all of which were bolstered by a higher number of events held with live audiences.
