"8 weeks out" - Champ-champ Christian Lee counts down the days until his highly anticipated return at ONE 169: Atlanta
Two-division MMA world champion Christian Lee is beyond thrilled to step back on the global stage of martial arts.
'The Warrior' gets back into action at ONE 169: Atlanta on Nov. 8 inside State Farm Arena. There, the Singaporean-American slugger defends his lightweight gold against Turkish standout Alibeg Rasulov.
In an Instagram post over the weekend, the Evolve MMA and Prodigy Training Center clearly couldn't contain his excitement, sharing a clip of him throwing leather while counting down the days to his return.

The 26-year-old's assignment in Atlanta, Georgia, will mark his 22nd appearance under the ONE Championship banner and his career. The Hawaii-based megastar has attained an impressive 17-4 resume, with 12 knockouts and four submission wins.
In his last outing, the ONE lightweight MMA world champion knocked out Kiamrian Abbasov in the dying seconds of the fourth stanza to claim the welterweight gold.

Besides Christian Lee and Rasulov's five-round scrap, three more 26 pounds of gold will be on the line when the promotion returns to North America on November 8.
In the main event, triple champ Anatoly Malykhin puts his heavyweight crown on the line against 'Reug Reug' Oumar Kane. Meanwhile, No.3-ranked contender and British standout Jacob Smith goes toe-to-toe with ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion Rodtang Jitmuangnon.
Last but not least, Tawanchai PK Saenchai and 'Smokin' Jo Nattawut meet for the third time in a ONE featherweight Muay Thai world championship scrap. The former currently holds a 2-0 lead in their series.
