"A very exciting fight" - John Wayne Parr predicts epic barnburner between 'legends' Seksan and Liam Harrison

A high-octane Muay Thai war between Liam Harrison and Seksan Or Kwanmuang will be one for the history books. At least, that is what Australian striking icon John Wayne Parr expects when the two legends trade leather at ONE 168: Denver on September 6.

Known for their attack-only approach, this 140-pound Muay Thai showdown has all the makings of an instant classic, according to the 48-year-old former world champion.

'The Gunslinger,' in an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda MMA, shared:

"It's a very exciting fight. Both guys are legends."

Excitement is guaranteed whenever Liam Harrison and Seksan compete

True enough, Liam Harrison and Seksan have delivered barnburner fights throughout their glorious careers. Despite their advancing age, the striking greats have continued to impress whenever they fight on the global stage of ONE Championship.

'Hitman' has lived up to his reputation as an absolute must-watch. The Bad Company picked up his first victory with a show-stopping knockout of Malaysia's Mohammed Bin Mahmoud at ONE: A New Tomorrow in January 2020.

If that wasn't exciting enough, the 38-year-old pulled himself out from the jaws of defeat in a remarkable come-from-behind knockout of Muangthai PK Saenchai inside 139 seconds, a match that was awarded the promotion's 2022 Muay Thai Fight of the Year and has since been labeled as the craziest single round in Muay Thai history.

Meanwhile, 201-win veteran Seksan exploded onto the ONE scene with a perfect 8-0 run, demonstrating his courageous heart and ferocious power in all his assignments.

'The Man Who Yields To No One' looked simply unstoppable until his run came to a screeching halt to Yutaro Asahi at ONE Friday Fights 58 this past April.

Still, Seksan's impressive streak caught the eyes of Liam Harrison, who wanted nothing more than a chance to share the stage with one of the most dynamite strikers of this era.
