"A kick for a kick" - Colombian star Johan Estupinan's otherworldly striking is straight out of a video game
Johan Estupinan's otherworldly striking is all the rage as highlights of his past fight resurfaced on Instagram this week.
The Colombian standout is headed towards another barnburner of a fight in US primetime on October 4 to collide with Moroccan veteran Zakaria El Jamari at ONE Fight Night 25.
The scheduled bantamweight Muay Thai bout will take place inside the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Thailand - an iconic and jam-packed arena that Estupinan knows how to amuse.
Starting his career with a perfect slate of 3-0 in ONE Championship, 'Panda Kick' continues to prove that he's got some of the best striking we've seen in this sport.
Out of his three victories, only one has gone the distance, but it was the perfect opportunity to put his skills on full display. This week, we remember his insane tit-for-tat showdown with Turkey's Zafer Sayik at ONE 167 this past June.
"A kick for a kick. Who's pumped to see Johan Estupinan back in action on October 4 at ONE Fight Night 25 on @primevideo?"
ONE Fight Night 25 will air live in U.S. Primetime free of charge for Prime Video subscribers in North America.
"My life has changed in many ways" - Johan Estupinan says that his growing fanbase in ONE Championship has become a great source of motivation
Surging KO artist Johan Estupinan feels he's got a lot to be thankful for after having an impressive ONE debut earlier this year.
The 22-year-old striker never imagined living the life he currently has. Not too long ago, he left his native country to pursue martial arts full-time.
With a difficult upbringing and childhood, Estupinan could've just as easily been another statistic. But he decided to take charge of his life instead. Now, he's well-known worldwide as a young fighter with the highest ceiling.
Speaking to ONE, Johan previously said:
"My life has changed in many ways. Apart from becoming a well-recognized person on a global level, people have sent me heartfelt messages, which has motivated me even more."
