"Actually I'm more entitled for that title shot at 55 than he is" - Surging featherweight contender picks Charles Oliveira to beat Islam Makhachev at UFC 280
UFC featherweight contender Bryce Mitchell is convinced that former lightweight champ Charles Oliveira is going to triumph over Islam Makhachev in their UFC 280 lightweight title clash.
In a video uploaded to his Twitter handle, 'Thug Nasty' stated that Makhachev doesn't even deserve the title shot. The American added that with wins over the likes of Edson Barboza, he is more deserving of a crack at the 155lbs title than the Russian:
"Me? I think that [Charles] Oliveira is going to win because Islam Makhachev, he really hasn’t fought anybody to deserve that title shot in my opinion. He has his biggest win over Dan Hooker. Actually, I'm more entitled for that title shot at 55 than he is. My last win was over Edson Barboza, who smashed Dan Hooker. I beat Edson pretty good. So technically I've got more wins than he does."

In the video, Mitchell also predicted that bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling was going to make light work of T.J. Dillashaw in the co-main event. He also picked Petr Yan to win against Sean O'Malley in their main card fight.
Bryce Mitchell is currently undefeated in his mixed martial arts career. The 28-year-old has registered six wins in the UFC so far. His resume includes 15 straight wins.
