Adriano Moraes stresses the importance of cherishing the bad and good times: "You have to celebrate"

Adriano Moraes looks at his career through the lens of a person who is a master at practicing gratitude.

The former ONE flyweight MMA world champion has seen many ups and downs in his fighting career and any disappointment he experiences is just another opportunity to learn, grow, and adapt.

That's why Moraes chooses to look at the positives and the silver linings every chance he gets:

"Like I always say," Moraes began telling Party Starter Radio. "It's important to celebrate your victory because it's your life. Sometimes you lose but you're going to celebrate, sometimes you're going to be a little bit bad, but you have to celebrate."

"Strong core, strong mind" - Adriano Moraes shows off insane core strength with fellow Brazilian superstar 'Buchecha'

Adriano Moraes showed off the perfect technique in the gym to having a crazy-strong core.

The 36-year-old veteran has spent the last year and a half training alongside one the most dominant Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioners in the world, Marcus 'Buchecha' Almeida at the American Top Team facility in Florida.

Aside from being teammates, they have become good friends as per the hilarious footage below. In this sequence, Moraes and 'Buchecha' are just having plain fun while 'Mikinho' prepares for his fight ahead:
