After Donald Trump, J.D. Vance drops mammoth Joe Rogan update: "I've officially done more interview time than Kamala Harris has the entire campaign"
Republican vice-presidential nominee J.D. Vance announced he has completed an extensive interview with Joe Rogan, taking advantage of an opportunity the Harris campaign reportedly turned down.
Vice President Kamala Harris’s team had requested Rogan travel to her and limit the interview to one hour. Rogan declined, and Trump’s campaign quickly arranged for Vance to appear on the popular podcast in Austin.
A spokesperson for Vance confirmed the episode was taped on Wednesday and is set for release later this week. In a post-recording comment, Vance took a jab at Harris' limited media availability, saying:
“We recorded an episode of Joe Rogan this morning...almost four hours. So, I have officially done more interview time than Kamala Harris has done the entire campaign.”

Marlon Vera reacts as Joe Rogan shares Donald Trump Interview on X amid issue with YouTube
Joe Rogan’s recent interview with former President Donald Trump has racked up over 35 million views on YouTube, yet many fans report struggling to locate the episode on the platform.
Users attempting to search for the episode were often directed to mainstream media coverage instead, sparking frustration and accusations of censorship against YouTube, with some speculating interference ahead of the 2024 U.S. presidential election.
Rogan addressed the controversy, clarifying that the initial search issue was due to a technical glitch on Spotify, not censorship. To improve accessibility, Rogan shared the full interview on X. Sharing the information on Instagram, he wrote:
"There seems to be an “issue” where the Trump podcast is “difficult” to search for on YouTube, so I’ve uploaded it to X."
