Alex Pereira shows gratitude to Jeweler who gifted him 'Stone Face' chain: "Your thoughtfulness in including my children"

Alex Pereira recently received quite the gift featuring his classic iconography and offered up his thoughts on the item via social media. A popular Manhattan-based personality named Moses the Jeweler gave out the piece featuring an easter island head on a necklace which has become a big part of Pereira's branding over the years.

The Alex Pereira chain gifting involved the sons of the reigning UFC light heavyweight champion receiving the piece. This interaction was documented on the Brazilian knockout artist's Instagram story and this seemed to resonate well with him. In the referenced story, Pereira said:

"Your thoughtfulness in including my children is deeply appreciated, thank you so much @mosesjewelry"

On a later Instagram story, Pereira posted a closer image of the stone face necklace in between two watches for his social media followers to get a better look at the item.

Alex Pereira's preferred jewellery choices

Alex Pereira is seemingly no stranger to indulging in procuring a fine piece of jewelry. While in the above example he indulged in a chain, the native of Sao Paulo State also seems to like bracelets.

This was evidenced by an example a couple of months ago where Pereira was seen showcasing a UFC belt-themed bracelet. Being arguably the most prevalent UFC star today puts one in a more flexible financial position to indulge in purchasing the finest in gold, diamonds, etc.

The 37-year-old seems to prefer being adorned with coveted prizes that are earned underneath the bright lights and inside the UFC cage though. As much as it's fun to delve into some fun purchases in your downtime, there is something to the sweat equity of besting another man in the cage for a gold strap.

'Poatan' first got a taste of this when he unseated Israel Adesanya for the UFC middleweight title. This took place at UFC 281 in November 2022. His time with that particular gold strap would not be for long though as Pereira would drop it back to Adesanya at UFC 287 when the Brazilian knockout artist was finished late in the second round by Adesanya.

He has since adorned himself with some more pugilistic jewellery though as Pereira captured UFC light heavyweight gold over Jiri Prochazka in November 2023. Since that UFC 295 title win, Alex Pereira has defended the 205-pound belt against Jamahal Hill, Jiri Prochazka in a rematch, and most recently, Khalil Rountree last month at UFC 307.
