He was one of the biggest stars in Japan, so he is no stranger to the added attention that the UFC brings.

During the latest episode of 'UFC 310: Embedded', Pantoja's son described his emotions when watching his father compete and shared his prediction on what he believes will transpire. He remains confident that his father will successfully retain his title and said:

Alexandre Pantoja's younger son discloses plans for after UFC 310

In addition to his older son's prediction for the flyweight title main event against Kai Asakura, Alexandre Pantoja's younger son disclosed his plans for after UFC 310.

The Brazilian is eager to continue cementing his legacy as a dominant flyweight champion and a successful title defense against a dangerous opponent moving down from bantamweight would be an impressive feat. In fact, Asakura is the first fighter to earn a flyweight title shot immediately after moving down from 135 pounds since T.J. Dillashaw, when he challenged Henry Cejudo in 2019.

During the aforementioned episode, Pantoja's son took a subtle jibe at Asakura and mentioned that he plans to immerse himself in Japanese culture after his father retains his title:

"After we win, I'll eat some Japanese food and watch some anime." [2:48 in the aforementioned video]
