UFC bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling sure knows how to have a good time. The 33-year-old was spotted at the weekend's National Lacrosse League (NLL) game between the Las Vegas Desert Dogs and Philadelphia Wings and by the looks of it, the champ sure had some fun.

In a recent Instagram post by Las Vegas Desert Dogs, 'Funk Master' can be seen donned in the team's colors, passionately cheering on the NLL franchise's fans at the Michelob ULTRA Arena in Mandalay Bay.

Unfortunately, the Desert Dogs ultimately lost to the Wings by 14 points to 9. With zero wins so far this season, the Las Vegas side currently occupy the second-to-last position in the Western Conference of the league. The Wings, on the other hand, are placed fourth in the Eastern Conference.

Unlike the Desert Dogs, Aljamain Sterling is having a great run at his sport. Since his controversial title win at UFC 259, the bantamweight champion has defended his world championship twice.

'Funk Master' is expected to face former UFC two-division champion Henry Cejudo in his next fight. In a recent tweet, the 33-year-old also revealed his plans of moving up in weight once he defeats 'Triple C'.

The New Yorker currently holds an impressive pro-MMA record of 22 wins against 3 losses. The fighter hasn't tasted defeat since 2018 and is currently on an 8-fight win streak.

Demetrious Johnson explains why Henry Cejudo is going to beat Aljamain Sterling

In the 131st MMA show edition of the Joe Rogan Experience podcast, Demetrious Johnson said that his former foe Henry Cejudo would triumph over bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling if the duo fought.

As per 'Mighty Mouse', the Olympic gold medalist wrestler will be able to neutralize Sterling's grappling-heavy style:

"I think he'll be fine against Aljamain, I think he beats Aljamain... Ajamain is very bad, he is starting to come to his own... he is starting to embrace that backpack role, getting heavy on people, crossing distance taking them down, getting on the back [and] locking the body triangles. [He is] very long, very big for the weight class right?"
"So where I think Henry is going to be able to excel where other people have faltered is Henry is an amazing wrestler. [An] Olympic gold medalist."

Johnson also added that Cejudo is a very smart and disciplined fighter who vehemently sticks to the game plan.
