Anatoly Malykhin believes Aung La N Sang vs Shamil Erdogan is a toss up for both men

Reigning and undisputed ONE heavyweight, light heavyweight, and middleweight MMA world champion 'Sladkiy' Anatoly Malykhin of Russia believes the upcoming battle between top contenders Aung La N Sang and Shamil Erdogan at ONE 168: Denver is anybody's game.

Former two-division MMA king 'The Burmese Python' Aung La N Sang is set to do battle with undefeated Turkish sensation Shamil Erdogan in a crucial middleweight MMA contest with heavy world title implications.

The two are set to lock horns at ONE 168: Denver, which broadcasts live from the Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado on Friday, September 6.

Fans in the United States and Canada can catch all the action live and absolutely free on Amazon Prime Video. Limited tickets are still available via Ticketmaster.

As the king of the middleweight, Malykhin will be watching closely as the winner could emerge as his next challenger.

'Sladkiy' told ONE Championship in a recent interview:

"If Erdogan manages to get a takedown in the first minutes and, most importantly, hold Aung La N Sang down, then the fight will go in his favor. But if Aung La keeps getting up, and if the fight drags on, then he will have chances in the later rounds because he has good stamina."

Needless to say, Malykhin is looking to keep all three of his golden belts. So he could be looking at either Shamil Erdogan or Aung La N Sang across the Circle in the near future.
