Anshul Jubli hits back at Rizwan Ali, telling him to pipe down until he makes it to UFC: "There are levels to this game"
Anshul Jubli has not competed in nearly a year. He last entered the octagon at UFC 294 in October 2023, when he suffered a third-round knockout loss to Mike Breeden. While he was scheduled to face Maheshate Hayisaer at UFC on ESPN 55 in April, 'King of Lions' was forced to withdraw from the bout for unknown reasons.
As he awaits his return to the octagon, Jubli received a call-out from Rizwan Ali, who competes in Brave Combat Federation. He brushed off the remarks in a recent post to his Instagram story, stating:
"Last night, a Pakistani MMA fighter called me out in his post-fight speech. He said he's coming for me and he's aiming for me. My brother Rizwan Ali, I'm a UFC fighter. I got there through Road to UFC where the best fighters across Asia compete and the champion of the tournament gets a UFC contract. I am the champion. If you ever make it to the UFC, I would love to fold you in front of the whole world, but until then, shh."
Jubli added the caption:
"There are levels to this game"

Jubli was able to become just the second mixed martial artist from India to earn a UFC contract, joining Bharat Khandare. He competed on season 1 of 'Road to UFC,' earning a first-round bye after his opponent, Patrick Sho Usami, missed weight and was pulled from the tournament.
'King of Lions' then defeated Kim Kyung Pyo via split decision to reach the final. He was able to win the tournament with a third-round TKO victory over Jeka Saragih at UFC Fight Night 218.
What did Rizwan Ali say about Anshul Jubli?
Rizwan Ali was able to improve to 8-0, with seven finishes, in his mixed martial arts career as he defeated Srikant Sekhar via third-round TKO at Brave CF 85. Following the bout, he took aim at Anshul Jubli in his post-fight press conference, stating:
"And one thing more, Anshul Jubli, where are you at, baby? I'm coming for you. Let's go."

Ali will look to become the first Pakistani fighter to reach the UFC. It is unclear if he is on the promotion's radar or if Jubli, who has labeled himself the face of Indian mixed martial arts, would be the fighter to welcome him to the octagon.
