Ariel Helwani points out why Conor McGregor vs. Logan Paul is not as far-fetched an idea as it seems: "Very easy to get done"
Conor McGregor’s latest social media post has sparked speculation about his potential boxing exhibition bout against Logan Paul in India. McGregor claimed he is in “preliminary agreements” with the Ambani family to organize the contest, while dismissing rumors of a UFC fight with featherweight champion Ilia Topuria.
McGregor, under contract for two more UFC fights, said the potential clash with Paul would precede his return to MMA. The Irishman’s sole boxing match against Floyd Mayweather in 2017 remains the highest-selling pay-per-view in history, a precedent that suggests a lucrative opportunity with Paul.
On The Ariel Helwani Show, Helwani validated the possibility, noting:
"Now you maybe asking yourself , 'Okay how is this possible? How could Logan Paul compete against Conor McGregor in a boxing match?' Logan Paul is a WWE competitor... Conor McGregor is a UFC fighter. Well then you quickly come to the realization that the parent company of WWE and UFC is TKO. So they are all under the same umbrella. Very easy to get done."

Jake Paul responds to Conor McGregor’s recent post on boxing match with Logan Paul
Jake Paul has fired back after Conor McGregor hinted at a potential boxing match with Logan Paul in 2025. The comment raised eyebrows, especially since Jake, who is more active in boxing, has been pushing for a fight with 'The Notorious' for years.
In response to McGregor’s social media post, Jake took to his X account, saying:
"Now it all makes sense why Conor McGregor & his management team have been desperately trying to get MVP to negotiate for a fight between us. As we told them them privately & I’m now saying it publicly…the only way we’re willing to explore me vs Conor in a pro boxing / mma fight is if Dana White / UFC are at the table directly or make it clear they are ok with discussions. Conor is washed. Needs the Paul’s. Logan by however he wants."
