"Bet on your boy" - Michael Chandler plans to KO Dustin Poirier at UFC 281
Michael Chandler claims he will look to KO Dustin Poirier in their UFC 281 clash. 'Iron' recently sat down for an interview with SuperBook Sports, which is giving a $10 bonus for every KO on a minimum bet of $81 for the UFC 281 card.
Bettors also have the option of doubling their bonus by doubling their bet, which will also enter them in a lucky draw to win gloves signed by Chandler.
'Iron' asked SuperBook bettors to wager money on him as he will be looking for a knockout against Poirier. The 36-year-old said:
"Me and Poirier, both having 39 combined finishes... But I'm also going to try to work for the SuperBook bettors as well. Try to get myself a knockout. To win everybody ten or twenty dollars every W bet. So it's a great fight card. I'm blessed to be a part of it and cannot wait to go out there and compete. So everybody get your bets in, and if you feel so inclined, bet on your boy cause I'm coming for the knockout."

Chandler is currently a +170 underdog against Poirier, who is a -200 favorite going into their clash next weekend.
Michael Chandler has also teased a slow-paced fight against Dustin Poirier
Michael Chandler is widely regarded as one of the most explosive and entertaining fighters on the UFC roster. Fellow lightweight contender Beneil Dariush has even predicted that Chandler's willingness to entertain might cost him the fight against Poirier. But that doesn't mean 'Iron' doesn't feel like slowing things down at times.
According to Chandler, we might see a slower-paced veteran-like version of him in the Poirier fight. However, the former Bellator champ doesn't want to be held accountable for the same.
In any case, Chandler plans to start off at a high-pace as usual and maybe settle down bit with time. The 36-year-old told Kevin Iole of Yahoo! Sports:
“I love what I do and I do think the way that I fight works out better more often than not. There’s times that I want to take my foot off the gas, be a little bit more of a veteran, and I think you might see that in this fight. Don’t hold me to it, but we’ll see what happens."
