Former UFC Champion Luke Rockhold claims to be able to beat Anderson Silva in boxing after his loss to Jake Paul
Luke Rockhold recently revealed how he would fare against Anderson Silva in a boxing match.
Silva took on YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul in an eight-round professional boxing bout at the Desert Diamond Arena this past Saturday. The fight was a close affair, with 'The Spider' unfortunately ending on the wrong side of a unanimous decision.
Many have blamed Silva's advanced age and inactivity for his loss against 'The Problem Child'. 'The Spider' currently holds a record of 3 wins and 2 losses in his professional boxing career.
Soon after the match, former middleweight champ Luke Rockhold claimed that he can outbox 'The Spider' in the squared circle. Rockhold said:
"I beat Silva in boxing. Bet the house"

Luke Rockhold has a piece of advice for Israel Adesanya ahead of title defense at UFC 281
UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya will defend his title for the sixth time at UFC 281 when he fights his nemesis, Alex Pereria, on November 12.
Ahead of the fight, former UFC middleweight champion Luke Rockhold gave his two cents to the reigning champ. Speaking to Helen Yee in a recent interview, Rockhold suggested that the Nigerian-born Kiwi should not let 'Poatan' get into his head.
The retired fighter also pointed out that Adesnaya should use more of his grappling skills in their matchup:
"If he's [Pereira] in his [Adesanya's] head and you let guys get in your head. You know he lost to him in a close one and then he got clipped in the second one 'cause he let him get in his head. Israel's gotta check himself and he's gotta fight MMA. We all know Alex Pereira sucks on the ground. We all know even Israel could probably f***ing put him away on the ground."
