Newly crowned ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world champion Superlek Kiatmoo9 shared a wholesome moment backstage with ONE bantamweight kickboxing world champion Jonathan Haggerty and his team. That was after they clashed over the 145-pound Muay Thai crown at ONE 168: Denver last Friday, Sept. 6, inside the Ball Arena.

The Kiatmoo9 Gym star only needed 49 seconds to end Haggerty's reign over the bantamweight Muay Thai division after catching him with an elbow to the side of the head in one of the most shocking finishes to a world title fight in ONE Championship history.


Jonathan Haggerty vows to bounce back stronger after Superlek defeat

Jonathan Haggerty is looking at his defeat to new double-champ Superlek at ONE 168: Denver as an opportunity to become an even better fighter.

Speaking with ONE Championship, the 27-year-old ONE bantamweight kickboxing world champion stated:

"Tough day at the office, but I dared to be great. I'll be back. I've been in this position before, and I'll definitely be back stronger than ever."
