Brandon Moreno responds to Henry Cejudo's accusations about insulting the Brazilian fans

Brandon Moreno was accused by Henry Cejudo of insulting the Brazilian crowd during his post-fight interview at UFC 283. 'Triple C' claimed that Moreno called the fans 'dogs' during his review of the recent event. He said this:

"You just called the Brazilian people dogs, like, 'Viva Mexica Perros' I wouldn't say that right after. Maybe if you're with your Mexican people they'll get it. I just think what he said was out of line and out of context."

Brandon Moreno has now responded to Henry Cejudo's accusations and stated that the words were not intended for the Brazilian fans, but for his people in Mexico. 'The Assassin Baby' explained that 'perros' is a term of endearment in his culture during a recent interview with Shak MMA:

"It's crazy because he has Mexican blood... but I guess it's different when you go to Mexico, you're not [actually from] Mexico. It's my culture man. I know my culture. That message is not for the Brazilian people, that message was for my Mexican people. For example, in Mexico we say, 'Hey perros!' It's like, 'What's up dog!' I know you understand man, and it's very sad that [Cejudo] said that."
