Breaking: Jose Aldo and Jeremy Stephens to face each other in boxing ring under Jorge Masvidal's 'Gamebred' promotion

5 years after their entertaining UFC fight, Jose Aldo and Jeremy Stephens are set to fight each other once again, this time in a boxing fight.

During his appearance on The MMA Hour, Jorge Masvidal revealed that both UFC veterans will be competing on the his upcoming Gamebred Boxing 4 event at the Fiserv Forum in Milwuakee, Wisconsin on Saturday, April 1.

Masvidal was thrilled to book the former UFC featherweight champion on his event, saying:

"Jose fu**ing Aldo. The WEC champion. One of the greatest or the greatest featherweight ever in UFC history, WEC history. What this guy has done in the sport, I mean, I don't need to tell you man. This guys is fu**ing an animal, I've always wanted to see him box."

It will be interesting to see whether the soon-to-be UFC Hall of Famer will be able to carry over his MMA success to boxing as it seems like he is committed to becoming an active boxer.
