BREAKING: Leaked Ali Abdelaziz chats reveal Francis Ngannou allegedly wants $30 million payday

A number of alleged leaked messages sent by MMA manager Ali Abdelaziz have revealed that Francis Ngannou is seeking to make over $30 million from his boxing debut.

Last month, Dana White confirmed that the UFC and Ngannou had failed to reach an agreement over a new contract. White stated that they had offered to make the Cameroonian fighter the highest paid heavyweight in MMA history, but their failure to agree on co-promoting a boxing bout for Ngannou led to the talks breaking down. 'The Predator' was then released and vacated the heavyweight title.

Now a free agent, Francis Ngannou has been testing the waters by teasing potential opponents for his boxing debut. The 36-year-old has been pushing for bouts with boxers such as Tyson Fury, Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder.

Whilst nothing has been confirmed yet, Ngannou's demands have been allegedly revealed by Ali Abdelaziz. The Dominance MMA CEO doesn't represent the former heavyweight champion, but is seemingly helping him secure his first boxing match.

In a number of allegedly leaked WhatsApp messages, Abdelaziz wrote:

"He's my friend but I don't manage him."

"He wants to make $30 million"

Since Ngannou's release, the only concrete offer the Cameroonian has received is from the Russian boxing banner Hardcore Boxing League. The head of the league, Anatoly Sulyanov, wrote a plea on social media to 'The Predator', offering a bout in Dubai next month:

“So, Francis, I have an offer for you – three million dollars for one fight in Hardcore Boxing on March 18 in Dubai against my heavyweight champion Soslan Asbarov. We have already sent the contract to your manager and we are waiting for a response from you guys. Let’s do that!”

Last month, Jake Paul announced that he had agreed a multi-year contract with the Professional Fighters League (PFL) and would soon make his MMA debut.

Paul has regularly stated that his aim is to help attract some of the biggest talent around the world to the PFL, which includes Francis Ngannou.

The 26-year-old appeared on Ariel Helwani's The MMA Hour this week and was asked about trying to recruit the former UFC heavyweight champion. According to 'The Problem Child', a move to the PFL would be one of the best decisions of Ngannou's career:

"Hopefully. I think that's the best thing for him [Francis Ngannou], honestly. I don't think there's a better place for him than the PFL. Working with those guys, working with my team, there's massive things that we could do. We've been in talks and he knows what we have to offer and we'll respect him and appreciate him no matter what, but we're here and ready to work."
