Bryce Mitchell responds to Doo-Ho Choi's hilarious 'Spherical Earth' callout, offers potential fight date: "CGI brother"
Bryce Mitchell's next fight may very well be against a fighter who fought on the same UFC 310 card that he did. 'Thug Nasty' recently took to X to respond to a callout from featherweight knockout artist Doo-Ho Choi, who shared a picture of Earth from space on Instagram, tagging Mitchell and the UFC top brass.
Choi also proposed a date in either April or May. Mitchell, however, countered with an even earlier date, expressing an interest in fighting in Las Vegas on March 8. Moreover, he reacted on the picture of Earth that Choi shared on his Instagram profile, claiming that it's nothing more than CGI.
"CGI brother. @ufc I'm thinking March 8th in Vegas. Someone tag him."
Mitchell is one of the most vocal flat-Earthers on the UFC roster, believing wholeheartedly in the conspiracy theory that Earth is not a sphere but a flat landmass. Astonishingly, he isn't the only UFC fighter to express such a belief, as his views are shared by several roster members.
His UFC 310 opponent, Kron Gracie, is also a flat-Earther, though far less vocal than Mitchell is, with the American being a more dedicated conspiracy theorist, having even disputed the existence of gravity and evolution. Meanwhile, another UFC fighter who believes Earth to be flat is Paulo Costa.
The one-time middleweight title challenger has become a prominent presence in the MMA social media scene. However, amidst the memes and jokes he shares, he has also claimed at various points that Earth is flat and not a spherical celestial body.
Both Bryce Mitchell and Doo-Ho Choi secured dominant wins at UFC 310
Bryce Mitchell and Doo-Ho Choi were among the three fighters to score finishes on the UFC 310 main card. Mitchell authored a dominant performance by outgrappling Brazilian jiu-jitsu royalty in Kron Gracie, culminating in a brutal slam and elbow knockout in round three.

Choi, however, was behind a more well-rounded performance, completely outstriking Nate Landwehr, stunning him on the feet at various points. Furthermore, he also completed slick takedowns, outgrappling his foe before trapping him in a crucifix and blasting him with punches and elbows in round three.

After it was clear that Landwehr lacked the means to free himself from the position, the referee waved the fight off, sparing him from unnecessary damage and awarding Choi a TKO win.
