Charles Oliveira asks fans to pick his next opponent, listing Conor McGregor, Dustin Poirier, Max Holloway, and other fighters

Charles Oliveira recently opened up about his next bout and asked fans to assist him in selecting his next opponent and listed several top stars. The Brazilian is a fan favorite in the UFC and expressed interest in competing in fights that fans want to see.

The former lightweight champion is coming off a split decision loss to Arman Tsarukyan at UFC 300, which was a title eliminator that would see the winner earn a title shot next. Since then, there has been plenty of speculation as to who 'Do Bronx' will fight next as he looks to bounce back from his loss and get back into title contention.

The Brazilian recently posted a video promoting his sponsor Maximum Human Performance to his Instagram account along with a caption asking fans for their opinion on who he should fight when he returns to the octagon.

Oliveira listed Conor McGregor as well as potential rematches against Max Holloway and Dustin Poirier and some surprising names as well. He wrote:

"Always ready for battle! I'm waiting to see who will be my next opponent, but the training never stops! Feeling @mhp_strong fueled by IMPACT HYDRATION and my all time favorite supplement DARK MATTER! Who would you like to see me fight next? The Lion is ready! #Makhachev #Tsarukyan #Poirier #McGregor #Holloway #Gaethje #Volkanovski #Covington"

Will Charles Oliveira move up to welterweight?

Based on the aforementioned Instagram post, it appears as though Charles Oliveira is hinting that he could be interested in a potential move up to welterweight.

The former lightweight champion included Colby Covington in his list of potential opponents, which is surprising as 'Chaos' competes at 170 pounds and has voiced his displeasure with weight cutting. While speaking to Ag Fight this past May, Oliveira even mentioned that he would be interested in fighting Covington at welterweight. He said:

"[Covington] is a talkative guy, he's a guy who talks a lot, so let's see. Why not?...For sure [I would be willing to move up]. If it makes sense, if it's something good for me, why not?"
