Georges St- Pierre states what Charles Oliveira and Islam Makhachev need to do to emerge victorious at UFC 280

In a recent video uploaded to his Instagram account, Georges St-Pierre shared his thoughts on the upcoming showdown between Charles Oliveira and Islam Makhachev.

St-Pierre believes that if the fight goes the distance, it would favor the Dagestani. According to 'Rush', if the bout gets over before the allotted time, Oliveira is likely to emerge as the victor.

In the video, the former UFC champion said that in order to win, 'do Bronx' needed to make the affair chaotic and look for a knockout or submission.

Speaking of Makhachev, 'Rush' said that he needs to use his grappling skills and ground-and-pound Oliveira in order to win:

"If I am Oliveira, I need to create a scramble. I need to make the fight a complete chaos. He's an incredible finisher, probably the best in the division. If I'm Makhachev... I get him to the ground, I need to nail him out, put him to the ground and use my ground-and-pound and try to avoid as much as possible the scramble... If the fight will end by decision, I will choose Makhachev... If I believe the fight will end via KO or submission, I think it favours Oliveira.... If I'm Makhachev, I need to be careful and technical while standing up. "
