Colby Covington blasts "Captain I hate America" LeBron James for being given honor of carrying United States flag at Paris Olympics
Colby Covington recently took aim at LeBron James after he was given the honor of carrying the American flag at the Paris Olympics. He sounded off on the four-time NBA champion and criticized his morals as a person and businessman.
The former interim UFC welterweight champion has been very critical of the Los Angeles Lakers star for his stance on certain issues, most notably when he was caught ignoring the national anthem when attending his son's basketball game. It has clearly been a one-sided issue as James hasn't clapped back at 'Chaos' or been asked about his comments.
Championship Rounds recently tweeted a clip of 'Chaos' blasting the Lakers star for the video that surfaced of him declining a photo with a fan at the Olympics. Covington mentioned that he was surprised to see James carrying the American flag at the Olympics and questions whether he has changed his business practices. He said:
"You have Captain I Hate America LeBron James bestowed the honor of carrying the stars and stripes? When I heard that he was going to be the one carrying his country's flag, I thought it was going to be for China. What happened LeBron? Did you finally give equality and justice to all those children and women sowing your shoes? Did you bring those jobs back to the [United] States? Or would that mess with your profit margin."

Colby Covington blasts Paris Olympics for pushing an agenda
In addition to his comments about LeBron James, Colby Covington blasted the Paris Olympics for pushing an agenda throughout the games.
The former interim welterweight champion tweeted a video, where he took aim at the Olympic committee and sounded off on what was depicted during the opening ceremony. He said:
"The time has come, the worst Olympics games in history has finally come to a close...The opening ceremonies are supposed to be about honoring and celebrating athlete's achievements. But instead, they used this time to shove a woke agenda down our throats. Mocking the Christian faith and pushing...propaganda and demonic imagery. It's disgusting and disrespectful to all the athletes that worked so hard to get there."
