Conor McGregor can take all the steroids, Justin Gaethje will still "put him in a wheelchair" - Ali Abdelaziz
Ali Abdelaziz wants to see Justin Gaethje fight Conor McGregor and is confident his client will "destroy" the Irishman. Gaethje last fought Charles Oliveira in May at UFC 274, losing via first-round submission.
In a recent interview with The Schmo, Abdelaziz was asked about an update on Gaethje and who should be 'The Highlight's next opponent. The 44-year-old replied:
"I would like to see Justin Gaetje destroy Conor McGregor and put him in a wheelchair. I would love to see that... Any weight. He can take all the steroids he wants, he can take all the juice. EPO and everything. Whatever he want to take, he can take. I would like to see this fight but we know he doesn't like to fight anymore. He wants easy fights. He's probably not going to fight Justin Gaethje."

Conor McGregor has been away from the octagon for more than a year after suffering a brutal leg fracture against Dustin Poirier at UFC 264. However, the Irishman is speculatively slated to return to the octagon sometime next year.
The Irish superstar has previously gone back and forth with 'The Highlight' on social media, amidst rumors of the UFC trying to match the two fighters back in 2020.
With no love lost between McGregor and Gaethje, paired with 'The Notorious' not being on good terms with Abdelaziz and his team, it isn't out of the realm of possibility that the two might face each other in the future.
Dustin Poirier also pitched Conor McGregor vs. Justin Gaethje for the Irishman's return fight
Dustin Poirier wants to see Conor McGregor fight Justin Gaethje as well. The Louisiana native picked the American to fight the Irishman on his return and predicts a "car wreck" result.
Speaking to Daniel Cormier on the DC & RC Show in July, 'The Diamond' was asked to play match-maker and set up three lightweight bouts he wanted to watch. Poirier picked 'The Highlight' to welcome McGregor back to the octagon:
"Justin Gaethje vs. the return of Conor McGregor, the hype, the buildup. Somebody’s going to sleep. I mean, you’re tuning in for a car wreck. A head-on collision, and I want to see it.”

Dustin Poirier recently beat Michael Chandler at UFC 281 via third round submission. 'The Diamond' also has back-to-back stoppage wins over McGregor, who broke his leg in their trilogy bout at UFC 264 in July 2021. According to reports, McGregor is eying a potential return to fighting in 2023.
